2. Program Description
The NewSelf SMS program delivers recurring automated SMS/MMS messages regarding program updates, including account notifications and wellness information, to enrolled subscribers. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with NewSelf.
3. Opt-In and Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our website at trynewself.com, or by texting a designated keyword to our toll-free number, you are providing your prior express written consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages regarding program updates, including account notifications and wellness information, from NewSelf at the phone number you provided.
Consent is not required to make a purchase.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Recurring messages will be sent on an ongoing basis until you opt out.
5. Message and Data Rates
Msg & data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all SMS/MMS messages sent and received. NewSelf is not responsible for any charges incurred by your wireless carrier.
6. How to Opt Out
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from NewSelf.
After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

8. Supported Carriers
Our messaging program is supported on major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most other domestic carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Disclaimer
NewSelf provides this SMS messaging service on an "as-is" basis. SMS messages should not be relied upon as the sole method of communication for time-sensitive matters.

NewSelf reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
