This SMS Privacy Policy describes how NewSelf (operated by Digital Insight LLC d/b/a NewSelf, "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information obtained through our SMS/MMS messaging program. This supplements our general Privacy Policy.

Information you provide: Your mobile phone number, first and last name, email address (if provided), and the date, time, and method of your opt-in consent.
Information collected automatically: Message delivery and read status, opt-in and opt-out timestamps, keyword responses (HELP, STOP), and carrier/device information provided by your mobile carrier.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use information collected through our SMS program to deliver the recurring automated SMS/MMS messages regarding program updates, including account notifications and wellness information, that you consented to receive. We also use this information to process opt-in/opt-out requests, respond to HELP inquiries, maintain compliance records, and improve service quality.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number or personal information collected through our SMS program with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We may share your information only with service providers who help deliver text messages (messaging platform, carriers) and when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
